الشروط والأحكام

1. هذا الفاوتشر يُعد تأكيدًا مبدئيًا للحجز، ويُثبت بعد استلام الدفع وإعادة التأكيد مع الفندق.

2. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير حسب توافر الغرف وسياسة الفندق عند وقت التأكيد النهائي.

3. أي تغيير في التواريخ أو عدد النزلاء يخضع لتسعير جديد وتأكيد جديد.

4. الإلغاء أو عدم الحضور (No-Show) يخضعان لسياسة الفندق، وقد يتم احتساب كامل قيمة الحجز.

5. الدفع يجب أن يتم خلال الوقت المحدد في الفاوتشر؛ عدم الدفع يؤدي إلى إلغاء الحجز تلقائيًا.

6. مسؤولية iroom تقتصر على إدارة عملية الحجز والتواصل بين الوكيل والفندق، مع ضمان أفضل متابعة ممكنة.

7. بعد استلام الدفع، يُرسل التأكيد النهائي مع رقم الحجز وبيانات الفندق.

Terms and Conditions

1. This voucher serves as a preliminary booking confirmation and is finalized upon receipt of payment and reconfirmation with the hotel.

2. Rates are subject to change based on room availability and hotel policy at the time of final confirmation.

3. Any changes to dates or the number of guests will be subject to new pricing and a new confirmation.

4. Cancellations or no-shows are subject to hotel policy and may result in the full booking amount being charged.

5. Payment must be made within the timeframe specified on the voucher; failure to pay will automatically result in cancellation.

6. iroom's responsibility is limited to managing the booking process and communicating between the agent and the hotel, ensuring the best possible follow-up.

7. Upon receipt of payment, the final confirmation will be sent along with the booking number and hotel details.
